This model has double chain stitch mechanism with upper and lower feed system and can provide maximum of 6 needles.
Machine designed to be useful in heavy-fisted working conditions, it is working to join very heavy fabrics such as geotextile material used for reclamation by filling up, goat hair weaving, etc.
As a matter of fact so for a kind of geotextile material have not been joining by sewing but today it became easy work because of development of this unit.

QMZ-4420 has been developed to be solving such problem.

It has 2 needle gauge set with 6.4, 12.7, 19 and 25.4mm space (Select one), and horizontal rotating large size hook.

Compound feed mechanism is standard and is available front-puller and needle-cooler as option.
